Return Policy

DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK WITHOUT FIRST BEEING APPROVED, LOST ITEMS WILL NO RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE!
If you want to initiate a return please make sure to email: returns@intowholesale.com.
  • We guarantee full credit for all defective products.
  • You may return defective product up to 14 days after you receive the product.
  • No refunds will be allowed after 14 days.
  • All products will need to be returned in original shipping carton with all items unopened.
  • All returns will need a Return Authorization number (RA#) before they can be accepted back.
  • Items that do not have defects or not damaged, can be returned within the 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Shipping these items back will be at the customer’s expense.
  • Closeout items cannot be returned unless defective.

Order Acceptance Policy:

You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any credit card or other means of payment that you provide to us. All billing information you provide must be truthful and accurate. Prior to accepting an order we may also request additional information from you.

All orders are considered “pending our acceptance” until our internal team has reviewed and confirmed your order. Only after our internal review, is your order considered “accepted” and then sent to our distribution center to be shipped out to you.

We reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies, errors in the product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged then we will issue you a refund for the total amount charged.

Not as Described, Change of Mind, & Other Reasons
  • Return Window: 14 days
  • Return Methods: Return & Refund is default (Vendor may allow Returnless Refund)
  • Shipping Fees: Buyer may be responsible for both shipping costs in some cases.
  • Restocking fee: may be charged (Max 20%)
Wrong, Missing, Damaged, & Defective Items
  • Return Window: 14 days
  • Processing Methods: Return & Refund, Replacement or Returnless Refund
  • Shipping Fees: Vendor covers original and return shipping
  • Restocking Fee: Not Applicable

Cancelation Policy

Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.

  • Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor.
  • Once confirmed, buyer can contact vendor via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, vendor will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, vendor may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.
  • Any shipped orders will be subject to an RMA. Please check the vendor’s Return Policy for Details.

We will issue you an RMA #, this is a requirement for all returns. 

We have a 14-day grace period for all returns.

All returns must be in original condition and packaging.  All returns must have a copy of the original invoice enclosed, make sure to specify the items being returned.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer from your location to us, and from our location back to your location.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted to the total return credit.

Defective New Products:

We stand behind our product 100%, therefore any unworn garments that are defective may be returned. It happens so we want to make we are there for you.
