Return & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be lost and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@intowholesale.com to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#).


Returns & Eligibility

  • Defective or damaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
  • Non-defective items may also be returned within 14 days, but must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • All returns require an RA# and must be approved before shipping back.
  • Closeout or final sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Any order that has already been processed or shipped may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before processing at no cost.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed and may be treated as a return, subject to fees.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.

  • Any visible damage, missing cartons, or discrepancies must be noted with the carrier upon delivery.
  • You must report these issues to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and documentation.

Failure to note damages at delivery or report within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items reported after 14 days
  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned without authorization (RA#)
  • Damage not reported at delivery
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Order Acceptance Policy

All orders are subject to review and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
