- We do not tolerate fraudulent activity, misuse of our return policy, or attempts to obtain products without proper payment. Orders that appear suspicious or abusive may be canceled or refused at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends). Larger orders or bulk shipments may require additional processing time due to handling and pallet preparation.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on the size of the order and shipping method (parcel or freight). Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Some items may require additional handling, freight shipping, or special delivery services (such as liftgate or scheduled delivery), which may extend delivery times.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Payment
Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment issues or suspected fraud are detected.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes (add, remove, or update items), you must contact us immediately after placing your order. Due to fast processing times, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing or shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email (if available). Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.
Residential Deliveries
Orders shipped to residential addresses are delivered at the customer’s risk once marked as delivered. We strongly recommend using a secure or business address when possible. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Orders may ship in multiple packages. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for transit delays, carrier issues, or packages marked as delivered.
Customers must inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Any visible damage, missing items, or issues must be noted with the carrier and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may affect claim eligibility.
