DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK WITHOUT FIRST BEEING APPROVED, LOST ITEMS WILL NO RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE!

- We guarantee full credit for all defective products.
- You may return defective product up to 14 days after you receive the product.
- No refunds will be allowed after 14 days.
- All products will need to be returned in original shipping carton with all items unopened.
- All returns will need a Return Authorization number (RA#) before they can be accepted back.
- Items that do not have defects or not damaged, can be returned within the 14 days of receiving your order.
- Shipping these items back will be at the customer's expense.
- Closeout items cannot be returned unless defective.

Order Acceptance Policy:
You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any credit card or other means of payment that you provide to us. All billing information you provide must be truthful and accurate. Prior to accepting an order we may also request additional information from you.
All orders are considered "pending our acceptance" until our internal team has reviewed and confirmed your order. Only after our internal review, is your order considered "accepted" and then sent to our distribution center to be shipped out to you.
We reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies, errors in the product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged then we will issue you a refund for the total amount charged.
